Nikki

  Nikki Lovett is the Co-Owner and creator of Inspire. She has been married for 10 years to husband Seth Lovett and together they have 3 beautiful children. She has been a licensed hairstylist for 10 years and became a master instructor through Imagine Paul Mitchell in 2009. Nikki is also a National Educator for John Paul Mitchell systems and has been for 5 years, beginning in Los Angeles, California. During her short stay in California to chase her dreams, she was mentored by the best. Those individuals being, Lucie Doughty, Robert Cromeans and Stephanie Kolchelski, to name a few. Nikki has recently become a National Color Educator within the John Paul Mitchell Systems as well, allowing her to expand her gifted ability to educate others.  Her goal is to inspire people with the love of God in hopes that they may see themselves how Jesus sees them…Perfect and LOVED!  

  Caitlin Rahmoeller is the co-owner and creator of Inspire. Inspire is a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon with the goal and passion to transform hearts one head at a time. Along with her fiery ambition for the industry, she is most passionate about her husband James and her beautiful children, Isabella, Greyson and Hollyn. Caitlin attended Imagine Paul Mitchell Partner School in Norman, Oklahoma where she started her creer journey. During her time at Imagine, she was captain of The Design Team where she had the privilege of styling models for the famous designer, Jonathan Kayne's fashion Show for the Assisteens benefit at Sooner Fashion Mall. Caitlin completed her education and began working in the industry carrying out her knowledge of Paul Mitchell products, as well as the Culture the company prides itself on.  Today, she is known for her creative colors, blonding specialty, trendy haircuts and make-up artistry. Caitlin has also worked alongside with Cause and Affect Modeling Agency and United Way for the annual Celebrity Sing Event where she has offered her skill set for many fashion shows, photo shoots and performances.  If Caitlin isn’t at the salon creating magic you can find her spending quality time with her family or enjoying her favorite hobby of powerlifting at the gym!

  Tori Medlock is a Master Instructor, National Color, Cut & Styling Educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems and a Master Stylist for Inspire Paul Mitchell Salon in Norman. She has been a stylist for 14 years and enjoys keeping education at the forefront of her styling career. Tori spent 5 years in the Paul Mitchell School educating future professionals on the best ways of applying hair color & cutting as well as nails in Norman.  She has also spent 3 years traveling the country re-igniting the passion of Salon Professionals. She specializes in Hair color & cutting in Norman but also performs nail services and make-up for photo shoots. When not in the salon Tori coaches students of all ages for a horse farm in Norman and cares for their facility and horses. Tori is blessed with 2 amazing children that have supported her every step of the way! She hopes to continue to inspire and transform guests to be the best version of them they can! 

Analys is a licensed Esthetician and Lash technician; specializing in light weight lash extensions and treatment style facials because the health of the natural lash and skin is her first priority. She completed Jenks beauty college in 2019 and she is also double certified in lash extensions.  When she is not in the salon, she is ether in her craft room working on her P.H.D. (projects half done) or at the gym training for powerlifting meets. She has an amazing fur baby named Nala and a Fiancé who are her biggest fans. 

Say hello to our newest stylist Kristin Rankin!  She is 26 years young and a busy momma and wife! Kristin graduated from Paul Mitchell the School of Norman to chase her dreams as a creative visionary in the beauty industry! She loves people, and is very empathetic and passionate about everything she does. Kristin strives to work with integrity and humbleness and believes that its not just about the hair in this industry but about inner and outer beauty.
